Yoga for Relaxation
Our Yoga classes are defined as Active or Gentle on our online class schedule. In either, you will experience flowing fundamental yoga postures with emphasis on strength, flexibility, and alignment linked by breath. These classes are designed for all levels and personal modifications can be made with the instructor to increase or decrease the intensity.
